Sir Gabriel Baritulem Pidomson,
PhD., FNIM, FNIQS
Dr. Gabriel Baritulem Pidomson is a former Secretary to the Rivers State Government, former legislator, scholar, and ADC candidate for Governor of Rivers State.
His public life has been shaped by work in government, representation, policy, and community development. As a former Secretary to the State Government, he has worked at the center of state administration, where public decisions require coordination across institutions, communities, and competing priorities.
Dr. Pidomson brings academic preparation in civil engineering management, project management, international management, and leadership. His background reflects a practical understanding of how systems are built, managed, and improved, from infrastructure and public institutions to community development and long-term planning.
His campaign for Governor is focused on the issues that determine daily life in Rivers State: security, jobs, infrastructure, healthcare, education, environmental responsibility, transparent governance, and fair development across all 23 Local Government Areas.
From Port Harcourt to riverine communities, from Ogoni to the wider Rivers diaspora, Dr. Pidomson’s message is rooted in one clear responsibility: to build a state where government works, public resources are protected, and no community is treated as an afterthought.
